 Hello, I’m Mike Richardson, Aka, "The ChiTown Pizza King." As a Chicago native, Originally born & raised on the inner city’s south side, I’ve spent most of my life baking & perfecting  this legendary gourmet deep dish pie, that made my city (the City Of Chicago), famous.

      Using the finest ingredients combined with traditional techniques and the legendary recipes of its origin; our pizza is created and crafted with culinary precision and finite attention to detail.       

      As a (Clovis) resident for a little more than a decade now, I too have enjoyed (and continue to enjoy), many of the local favorites for their pizza diversity, and assorted varieties of this American tradition. As a pizza connoisseur myself, that has not,  and will not change!      

     I on the other hand; I simply specialize in making  deep dish pizza that's made the Chicago way. For me, my purpose & mission is simple: to bring the distinct taste of Chicago deep-dish pizza to Clovis, NM, for residents, neighbors, and visitors alike.
